All products are made-to-order according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed only after payment is received and details are verified. Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization and delivery information is correct.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted due to the custom nature of products.
Intellectual Property
Customers must have the right to use any logos, designs, or text submitted for customization. Giftory SG is not responsible for copyright infringement caused by customer-provided content.
Limitation of Liability
Giftory SG is not liable for any delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
